This delicious and easy summery dish is part of our Camping & Caravanning series.
- Heat the oil, add the garlic and fry for 2 minutes add the onion and sauté for approx. 5 minutes. Stir in the crème fraiche and juice of 1 lemon.
- Cook the tagliatelle according to the pack instructions. Add to the pan along with the salmon broken into chunks and the drained broad beans. Stir well and heat for a further few minutes.
- Can be served with grated Parmesan and salad.
