Why not try our festival favourite – mini ham and mixed vegetable quiches?
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C, gas mark 4.
- Unroll the sheets of pastry, cut into 12 x 9cm circles and use to line 2 x 12-hole muffin tins.
- In a large bowl beat together the eggs and milk. Cut the ham into small cubes and stir into the milk mixture, together with the drained vegetables and cheese.
- Divide the mixture between the pastry cases and bake for 20-25 minutes, until risen and golden. Leave to cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
