A super side for a main course or a starter, these tasty potato cakes are part of our Camping & Caravanning series of recipes.
- Mash the potatoes, add the seasonings, herbs, melted butter, mix in and add the flour. Mould into fourteen cake shapes.
- Fry in the heated oil for approx. 3 minutes on each side.
- Mix all salsa ingredients together and serve with the potato cakes.
