Method:
- Finely slice the cucumber, carrots, and red pepper.
- Drain the canned Alaska salmon and set aside.
- Fill a shallow dish with warm water.
- Dip one rice paper sheet into the water for about 15 seconds until soft and pliable.
- Place it on a clean surface.
- Arrange a small portion of salmon, sliced vegetables, mint, and coriander in the centre of the rice paper, then drizzle with a little soy sauce.
- Fold in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom up to enclose the filling. 8.Sprinkle with sesame seed
