Alaska Salmon Summer Rolls With Chilli Dip

Method:

  1. Finely slice the cucumber, carrots, and red pepper.
  2. Drain the canned Alaska salmon and set aside.
  3. Fill a shallow dish with warm water.
  4. Dip one rice paper sheet into the water for about 15 seconds until soft and pliable.
  5. Place it on a clean surface.
  6. Arrange a small portion of salmon, sliced vegetables, mint, and coriander in the centre of the rice paper, then drizzle with a little soy sauce.
  7. Fold in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom up to enclose the filling. 8.Sprinkle with sesame seed
