Pilchard Pate
Fish is known to be good for the brain, and pilchards are no exception!

Ingredients:
| 120g can pilchard fillets in tomato sauce 150g / 6oz soft cheese 1 tbsp lime juice |
2 tbsp pitted black olives, sliced 1 tbsp freshly chopped basil |
Method:
1. Mash together the pilchards and soft cheese in a bowl.
2. Add the lime juice, black olives and basil and mix thoroughly.
3. Serve with warm pitta bread.
